Your details, handled plainly

This is a plain-language summary of how Stanleys Elite handles the information you send us. No jargon, no surprises. If anything here isn't clear, just ask.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form, we collect:

• The photos of your property you choose to upload
• Your property address
• Your name, email and phone number
• The services you're after, how often, and any notes you add

Why we collect it

We use it for one thing: to prepare your quote and get back to you about it. Your address lets us confirm you're inside our service area. Your photos let us price the job without needing to visit. Your contact details let us send you the quote and answer your questions.

Your photos

We only use your photos to prepare your quote. We won't use them anywhere public, like our gallery or social media, unless you tell us we can. The consent box on the quote form covers using them to prepare your quote, nothing more.

Where it's stored

Your photos are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Your quote details are sent to our inbox so we can act on them. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't helping us prepare or deliver your quote.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to do the work and keep sensible business records. If you'd like your details and photos removed, ask us and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch.
